The setup you are being served the above webcam link from:
(NO!!! the Azul Flat Panel is NOT included or for sale!!!)
The box sitting in "tower" configuration, on top of CD drive:
(Yes, it also works in "desktop" orientation...Duh!)

What this package includes:

1) MacIIci CPU with Daystar Turbo601 66mhz PowerPC 601 upgrade.
32mb RAM (8 x 4mb 30pin SIMMs), RamDoubler 8.0.1 installed for 64mb,
270mb Apple OEM Quantum SCSI HD, OS 8.1 installed.

Motherboard replaced just before being shelved. Very low burn time. 1 internal/external SCSI-I bus.
2) NuBus Cards installed:
RasterOps Paintboard PrismGT Display adapter (added $75.00).
Asante Ethernet 10baseT % 10base5 (RJ45 & ThickNet) Networking card (added $25.00).
(photo)
The RasterOps Paintboard PrismGT was one of the faster more flexible cards in it's day, and is still working even with OS 8.1. The Asante Ethernet card also works great, giving that all important ethernet connection to ISDN or DSL bridges, local LANs, and most importantly other machines.
5) External 4x Caddy Loading CD-ROM w/SCSI cable, Terminator, Box of 6 Caddies (added $30.00)
(see other photos)
Heavy duty external case with audio outs and SCSI address select switch on the rear. Caddy loading allows unit to be used standing on it's side in tight space cituations. Apple branded caddies included.
6) *WITH LOCAL PICKUP ONLY* AppleColor 13" High Res RGB monitor.
(photo) (photo) - Monitor shown with a different system.
Monitors are too heavy to make them cost effective to ship, therefore the package only includes the monitor if you are able to come pick up the system in the Hollywood/Los Angeles area. This is the old workhorse of the Apple monitor line. You'll probably want to add a nicer monitor later, but this one will get you started and serve as an inexpensive 2nd monitor - the system is already dual-monitor ready!

MORE INFORMATION - USER COMMUNITY, SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS:

To learm more about the ad-hoc community of users of this combo of mac and upgrade, see: http://www.brinnoven.demon.co.uk/turbo601/. There's some good info there on this combo, including how to hack MacOS 8.5 to install on it.

This unit chugged along as a Print server for a large format plotter, a Fax server and ARA server (simultaneously!), for years. The setup performs at least as well and better in some instances than a 7100/66, and never let me down. Drive two (or more) monitors using built-in video and the installed RasterOps card. With two ethernet cards and IPNetRouter from the nice people at Sustainable Softworks, it would make a great "soft router" to share one's ISDN or DSL net connection between multiple machines. Surfing on over to http://ip-090.wmld.com will connect you to the machine for sale, which is running MacOS 8.1, Quid Pro Quo web server from Social Engineering, and StripCam from David Van Brink..

NuBus cards, Printers, and other stuff available.
